    Porchetta with Roasted Root Vegetables and Italian Bread

    Mary Freehill has been cooking since she was nine and had to stand on a stool to help out.  She has taken cooking classes in New York city and Texas, and has even work with chefs from other countries to refine her culinary skills. She loves Italian food and the challenge of making porchetta, which is a Christmas tradition in her family.

    What are you well known for cooking? We would like to debut you and your favorite dish to cook at The Vineyard at Florence. On your special night we will provide the food and you provide the skill. We will also advertise you and your menu on our website as well as a mini bio to promote you. Amateurs welcome!
